Angelina is a musician and crowned beauty queen born in Ukraine, based in California, USA, and Switzerland. After winning the Miss Universe title in her home country and participating in Miss Universe 2023, Angelina gained wide recognition as one of the most sought-after personalities by premium media worldwide. Within less than two years, Angelina has graced the print covers of Vogue Ukraine, Vogue Czech, Vogue Mexico, L’Officiel Austria, and Elle Ukraine, to name a few.
Notably, during the Miss Universe 2023 competition, Angelina became the CI Talks Voice for Change Silver Winner, further affirming her influence in championing global causes. In 2024, Angelina was recognized as the Social Activity & Philanthropy Influencer at the prestigious WIBA Awards for her impactful philanthropy and influence across social networks.
Showing leadership from her early school years, Angelina earned international recognition for her ecological projects and received awards at international music competitions. Music remains Angelina’s greatest passion, and she brings the same unwavering dedication to her songs. Her latest tracks, Truth is Love, Song of Will, and Earth, resonate deeply with her mission as a spiritual leader and an ecological activist, while gathering international awards.
As a philanthropist and musician, she founded the Angelina Usanova Foundation with a mission to help musically talented children develop their gifts and gain recognition. As part of this mission, Angelina established HumanKind Fest – a music festival where children can showcase their talents.
As a philanthropist and UN Goodwill Ambassador, Angelina actively supports orphanages, children in need, refugees, and animal shelters in Ukraine and around the world.
In 2025, a documentary produced by a Los Angeles production will premiere, presenting the experiences of Ukrainian refugee women through the eyes of Miss Universe Ukraine 2023, Angelina Usanova, capturing their mutual transformation and resilience.
Angelina has combined her charitable efforts with environmental activism, earning invitations to major events such as the Clinton Global Initiative, the World Nobel Laureates League, Salt of the Earth, and the 15th Anniversary of Prince Albert’s Foundation, among others she has recently attended. Dedicated to her ecological mission, she continues working on her environmental projects.
An author as well, Angelina has written two children’s books, My Home and Intergalactic Friendship, to bring joy to children and teach the importance of friendship, self-care, and environmental responsibility. Angelina is currently working on two more books: an autobiography and a vegan recipe book. Being a vegan and a yoga master, Angelina is passionate about spreading messages of kindness, love, and responsibility for mental and physical health, as well as ecological stewardship to ensure we leave a better world for future generations.
Since beginning her travels at 17, Angelina has visited more than 55 countries, including Japan, Tibet, and many in Africa, where she recently conquered Mount Kilimanjaro without preparation – a feat she wouldn’t recommend attempting without training though. Reflecting her commitment to personal and environmental transformation, Angelina is building a Mirror retreat center in the Carpathian Mountains in Ukraine – a unique concept where each building is covered in mirrors to reflect the beauty of nature and inspire self-reflection, offering Ukrainians a peaceful space for recovery and healing after the war. Further retreats are being built in the USA, designed to help individuals reconnect with themselves and nature. Through these projects, Angelina merges her passions for wellness, spirituality, and environmental harmony, making a lasting impact on the communities she serves.
